Yeehaw! Time for another giveaway…
We bought the FroliCat online at Amazon a few weeks ago because someone – ahem, Shere Khan – is a bit of a tubbers and needed some extra exercise (seriously, girl likes to SLEEP and EAT).
We love it because:
1) Push a button and off it goes for 15 minutes! Just moves the laser around like you would, except you don’t have to. (NO idea where she gets her lazy genes from yo). Can even move the reflector up or down to adjust it so it’s not on the wall….or the TV.
2) You can turn off the automatic mode and use it like a regular laser. Ya know, when you’re not being lazy and want to actually play WITH your cat not just distract her. This is perfect because we can play with both Shere Khan and Bond at the same time. He’s a gentleman and would never dream of intruding on her toy while she’s playing alone. And unlike tiny laser pens, it’s so much more comfortable to use and you don’t have to hold down a button.
3) When she wakes us up at 5 am with nose kissies and toe pounces, we stumble into the living room, push the aforementioned button and she is immediately engaged. And we get to go back to sleep. (Don’t look at me like that, you don’t get up at 5 either).
When I wrote the the nice folks at the PR department to express our love, they generously offered a FREE FroliCat Bolt Laser Toy for one lucky reader!
It’s great item for both cats and dogs (who knew? I thought only kitties were into the laser pointers but I’ve been corrected a lot recently). You and your furbabies will love it. You can thank me later.

At the moment, two out of nine of the cats are trying to tear into the cat food bag that’s sitting three feet away from me. The same two (Kali and Petra) keep climbing on and around the computer and the printer as well.
Sometime between 3am and 5am, Wicket will climb on me, poke me, and/or mew softly at my face until I wake up and feed him. Even when we left food out all the time, he would wake me up to come watch him eat. He has also initiated Kali into the process, and now she joins Wicket and plays with my fingers to wake me.

My kitty sits on the couch next to me and watches tv–he sits just like a human on his but with his back against the back of the couch.

One of the crazy things my beautiful (but large!) cat Samson does is choose a new place to sleep about every 2 weeks, it’s bizarre! He will sleep for awhile right by the computer and on top of my mouse(!), then he will change to my daughter’s bed or right in the middle of the floor, or anywhere else it doesn’t matter where! He loves the spots the most that are right in the way!
Another cat I have, Mr. Kitty (adopted when my neighbor moved out and left him!) butts his head against me really hard. He loves to come up behind me in the morning when I am waking up and making coffee, and he pushes on the back of my knees and I almost fall lol! And I do mean hard, not joking!
I also have a beautiful Chihuahua named Speedy (my avatar) who is very particular to say the least! He will only eat a couple of different kinds of treats and he won’t take any till I get each type out and hold them up for him to choose. First he looks at them, then he sniffs at them, then he bumps his nose on them and then he grabs one and goes lol! People always think I’m crazy to offer him more than one but I really have no choice in this matter!
OK last furbaby but I couldn’t resist cause he’s a ferret and anyone who has ever been around one knows how hilarious they are! He loves to get into any bag I leave down and then he scratches ferociously on the inside like he’s trapped! Once I left a bag of rice crackers sitting on the table and I heard a bizarre noise and decided to check it out. Who woulda thought, the ferret is completely inside the small bag and he is rubbing on every last cracker and flinging them out of the bag onto the floor! Darn I wasn’t done eating them but I’m not gonna eat them now haha! Ferrets are a lot of work but unbelievably funny!

My crazy Oliver (my kitty) is also a guard cat. If someone is outside of our door, he runs to the door and meows like crazy. He is also very protective and does not like strangers in the house. He reminds me of a guard dog!

We have two precious kitties and both of them as a real hoot in their own right!
Our Sallee girl – now six years old – still love we jump up on the tall scratching post my husband built for her and relentlessly CHASE HER TAIL for hours! She also seems to have many many phantom/imaginary friends and adversaries that sdhe plays with and chases to her hearts’ content – making all of us feel like the nutty ones!
The other kitty, our Tuxedo Tomcat is quite the little con-artist and can charm anyone to get anything, anytime…
He’s also very fond of sleeping and relaxing while lying UPSIDE DOWN!

My cat Joey is a character! He lays on his butt and can just sit there like he doesn’t have a backbone! He also loves chasing strings and anything else he can find.
The other cat, Sugar Baby, is more layed back. But give her a laser light and watch her play!

We have 3 cats.
Sadie, she’s the youngest, she chose us for her family, at night she’ll use the litter box, then dart out of it on a mad dash down the hallway, then runs back through the living room and tries to climb the tower, which is hard for her, since taking her in she’s gained some weight, and then goes back down the tower, sometimes she makes it to the top and runs to the other end of the house then comes back and sits there staring at us.
Faith is our oldest cat, and the one I brought to the family, she is so much fun to pick on but watch out she isn’t afraid to bite or use her claws when enough is enough. My Husband picks her up for swinging kitty, and leaping lizards, he’s the only one who gets away with it and she comes back for more.
Emma, she came with my husband, the middle child now. Has to drink out of the faucet, though she’s a little too big, and her hips hurt her to jump up to the sink in the bathroom. So every morning she’ll catch your eye and run down to the bathroom and sit in the doorway and wait for you to come pick her up for a drink.

My furbaby Romeo likes to hide behind things like potted plants and then jump out at you as you walk by. It’s like he’s stalking prey in the jungle. We always laugh! Thanks.
My furbaby Honey will “High 5″ my husband. My husband will put up his hand and say high five and Honey will lift her paw and pat his. He thinks he’s trained the cat (rolling eyes now) and cackles hysterically. What can I say? He has other redeeming qualities!
